1. Race meaning 

“MỪNG ĐẢNG-MỪNG XUÂN” is a virtual race in order to celebrate the 91st  anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Communist Party (03/02/1930-03/2/2021) and express the glee of The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam taking place from January 25th to February 2nd, 2021 in Hanoi. Besides this even is to celebrate Lunar New Year 2021.

Through the race, Vietrace265 will deduct 20.000vnd/registration and the donation of participants to support locals in Tra Leng commune, Tra Nam My district, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam which suffers the most damages from the last heavy floods in the central of Vietnam.

2. Time and Location 

Registration time: 00:00 Jan 1, 2021 – 12:00 Feb 2,2021

Record the running result: within 9 days, from 00:00 Jan 25th, 2021 to 23: 59 Jan 2nd, 2021, participants can complete the race by a single run or a cumulative result.

Medal delivery: finishers will receive medals before Lunar New Year

This is a virtual cumulative challenge so that the participants can run anywhere and anytime within the race time and record the running results via running app (Strava) or running devices (Stuunto Watch, Apple Watch), or update the results directly on participants’ page on vietrace365.vn (photos of your tracklogs are required).

Medal meaning

On the front side, there is a communist flag with a hammer and a sickle crossed each other as a symbol meant to represent proletarian solidarity. The hammer representing the workers and the sickle representing the peasants.

On the other side, it repeatedly presents the Communist flag and illustrations for developing Vietnam in different aspects of life. Below, there are pictures of strong runners representing a passion for sport and a happy and healthy lifestyle. The outer ring represents the 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the promising success of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The highlight of the medal design is simplicity, the main colors are red and yellow, which are colors with strong meanings, representing the flag colors of the Party and of Vietnam, on the string there is the message "KHỎE ĐỂ XÂY DỰNG VÀ BẢO VỆ TỔ QUỐC" (mean "HEALTHY TO CONSTRUCT AND PROTECT THE COUNTRY)

- It's a virtual race where you can run anywhere and anytime and you record your results by using the Strava, Garmin, Suunto apps or updated your activities manually with tracklog. Instructions to update results are sent in the registration confirmation email.
