It told that this small fish passed the Dragon's Grate with a surge of its efforts to be a beautiful Dragon. This image symbolizes perseverance and willingness to struggle with difficulties, which also expresses the desire of developing prosperous Vietnam.

In Vietnamese culture, lotus is known as an exquisite flower, as known as a cultural symbol in Vietnamese mind. This is the only kind of flower that holds different meaningful values in life, especially the growth of this flower symbolizes Vietnamese national unity and is voted as the national flower on 02/09/2011.

• Apply the rule “ No finish, not medal”
