Running is one of the effective ways to burn calories without health decline. After a strenuous 5km run will help your body burn a large amount of calories to keep fit. More than that, your mental health also will improve

Challenge 5km with a single run at a moderate pace will be a perfect start for beginners. The 12-week lesson plan will help complete the challenge in proactive and persistent way

1. Steps for registration

- Log in / register the challenge 5km on Vietrace356

- Download sports apps: Strava, Stuunto, Garmin and then sync to

- Choose a proper distance and then click on sign up

- Train yourself  and record your activities on sports apps. Vietrace will accumulate the results until you complete your challenge

- Awards will be sent to your address

All participants complete the challenge will obtain an award including:

  1. Finisher Medal 5km- an embossed medal with name’s athlete, distance and message engraved on.
  2. Printed-bib

- Pace is valid between 4 minutes and 15 minutes

- The distance must reach 5km or more.

-  The first running result of 5km or more will be recorded as the final result within 90 days from the registration date,

- Complete the challenge by a single run  within 90 days from registration date.

It's a virtual race where you can run anywhere and anytime and you record your results by using the Strava, Garmin, Suunto apps or updated your activities manually with tracklog. Instructions to update results are sent in registration confirmation email. “ RUN 35.6 – KEEP YOUR MIND CALM AND YOUR FEET WARM" is a virtual race in which you can run anywhere and complete your race by accumulating runs within 30 days. As a race for fundraising, organizers will deduct 20.000 / registration and ask for donation of runners and sponsors for residents in the flooding central area in Viet Nam.
