1. Meaning of the race 

CHAMPION OF THE YEAR 2021 – aims to encourage and gain sports participation, especially running in the Vietnamese community. All runners who register for the race and complete a minimum of 365km between February 4, 2021 and December 31, 2021 will receive medals and have a chance to participate in lucky draws every month with prizes of nearly 120 million in total.  The organizing committee will donate 10,000 dong to the Bau Bi Viet fund to support the poor in Tet holiday 2022

2. Distance, Race time, and Location:

- Race distance: a minimum of 365km (equivalent to 365 days of a year)

- Race time: from the registration date to December 31, 2021.

- Registration time: 00:00am  4^th of Feb to 00:00pm 31^st of December,2021.

- Time to record the distances: 00:00 am 4^th of Feb to 12:00 pm 31^st of December,2021.

- Medal shipping time: Finishers will receive medals from 20th of Jan, 2022 and before Tet holiday 2022.

- This is a virtual cumulative challenge so that the participants can run anywhere and anytime within the race time and record their distances via running app (Strava) or running devices (Stuunto Watch, Apple Watch), or update the results directly on participants' page on vietrace365.vn (photos of your tracklogs are required).

3. Entry fee

Registration fee: 130.000 vnd

All runners who register for the race and complete a minimum of 365km between February 4, 2021 and December 31, 2021 will receive medals and have a chance to participate in lucky draws every month with prizes of nearly 120 million in total.

 4. Bau Bi Viet 

- Vietrace365 will donate 10.000 vnd dong per each entry to Bau Bi Viet fund

- All donations from participants will be used to support the poor in Lunar New Year 2022.

7. The organizing committee and the social program Bau Bi Viet

- Vietrace365 is the first Vietnamese website providing virtual races themed on Vietnamese features regarding Vietnamese tradition, culture and history.

- Bau Bi Viet is a social program in order to raise fund through virtual sports events. The fund is used to sponsor disadvantaged children monthly for their education

THE MEANING OF THE MEDAL: The metallic medal with intricate details embossed on both sides, size 90mmx84mmx4.5mm, on the edge, it represents symbols of 7 regions of Vietnam. RULES OF RACE

- Pace is valid between 4 minutes and 20 minutes

- Complete a minimum of 365km in the race time, the total accumulative result updated via GARMIN, SUUNTO, STRAVA will be calculated to apply for year awards for outstanding athletes.

- Lucky draw winners in Ho Chi Minh will receive isotonic drinks from the sponsor 100PLUS.

- This is a virtual race so you can ride any location and anytime. All you need to do is record your activities via Strava app, Garmin or Suunto watches or enter your activities and provide evidence. The instructions will be sent in the successful registration confirmation email.

- Apply the rule "No complete, no medal".

- The Organizers hold the right to check the results provided by the participants if they suspect that the results are not true.
